As a child, his grandmother called him “little Fakir” because he liked to sit in a lotus position to play Lego. After hours and years of sitting, twisting, balancing, bending, Bhaghavad Gita, mantras, mudras, sutras and asceticisms… he still likes to cross his legs, because everything remains to be explored.
Trained in India, he shares a practice that is demanding and accessible, serious and funny, light and serious, precise and free. With gratitude to all the yoginis and all the yogis who transmit this path of expansion of consciousness towards pure presence.
